Q.- I`ve downloaded the ifx_trader_setup.exe file but now I can`t find it.
A.- On a Windows-based system, click the Start menu, select Find, and then click Files or Folders. In the Named: box, type ifx_trader_setup.exe. It will take your computer a few moments to find the file. When it does, double-click the file and the installation process will begin. |

Q.- I would like to play under different names, can I have more than one account?
A.- No. Each player is only allowed one account. |

Q.- I lost my password to login to the Forex Room!
A.- If you loose your password you need to send an email to support with your Nickname and Full Name, from the email account that you have registered on FxStars.net. |

Q.- How can I help keep my IFX demo account secure?
A.- Password protection is your responsibility. Never reveal your account information to anyone. We will never ask you to send your password to us, and the only place you will need to use it is when logging in to the IFX platform. We recommend that you change your password regularly. |

Q.- The tournament I wish to join is full. What should I do?
A.- If a tournament is full, there is nothing you can do. Just try to register on another tournament. |

Q.- Which payment methods can i use?
A.- At the moment the only payment method you can use is Paypal. We are working on getting other payment methods. |

Q.- What is the minimum buy-in?
A.- The minimum buy-in is as low as USD$1,20.
